Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Reservation Sales Agent

with experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals. The ideal candidate will handle booking inquiries, convert leads into confirmed reservations, and provide an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide accurate information on property availability, rates, and services. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain and update booking records in the reservation system. Collaborate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure property readiness. Offer upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Follow up with guests before and after stays to ensure satisfaction. Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or reservations, preferably in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or hospitality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with reservation and property management systems. Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries efficiently. Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations sales or hospitality.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Persuasive and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with booking platforms and property management software.
