Falcon Oasis Tours is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation & Operations Executive to manage daily bookings, coordinate cruise operations, and ensure smooth customer experiences from reservation to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Coordinate daily cruise schedules and operational requirements
Liaise with sales, operations, and onboard teams
Confirm bookings, issue vouchers, and manage guest lists
Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations professionally
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience in reservations, tourism, hospitality, or operations
Strong communication skills (English required)
Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused and organized
