The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling booking requests, coordinating with drivers and operations teams, and ensuring smooth scheduling of limousine services while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Create, modify, and cancel bookings in the reservation system
Coordinate with operations and drivers to ensure timely service delivery
Confirm trip details such as pickup location, timing, vehicle type, and special requests
Monitor trip schedules and resolve booking or allocation issues
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer details
Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Support billing and invoicing by sharing trip details with accounts/operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in limousine, taxi, or hospitality reservations
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Familiarity with UAE roads and locations
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, booking software)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
Customer-focused attitude and professional conduct
Working Conditions:
Shift-based duty (morning/night shifts)
Office-based role with coordination across departments
Preferred Candidate:
Previous experience in limousine or transport company
Knowledge of RTA regulations and chauffeur operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
