Handle online channels and Tour operator
Responsible for the best practice standard to include competitor analysis; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts
Ensure website booking process in maintained up to date and functional
Responsible for DTCM monthly statistics report.
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others.
Work with passkey to resolve interface issues to include accurate room pick up, duplicates, and reservations.
Respond to challenges and obstacles with confidence, team work and positive attitude
Provide excellent service and hospitality following the brand guidelines to both internal and external customer.
Assist in the daily review of Hotel Rate/Occupancy performance with focus on improving overall performance
Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with Housekeeping supervisor, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments.
To develop strong working relationships with all guests & clients in order to maximize sales opportunities and generate business for the future
Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
Coordinate front office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained all correspondences promptly handled on the same day received.
Experience:Minimum 2 years working experience in Reservation Department
