Job Description

Excellent Opportunity with NAFFCO to work as Reservation And Ticketing Officer.

Experience in travel bookings, Processes reservations , visas etc.

Certified in IATA approved system like: Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus, Sabre etc.

Documenting planned and completed staff travels

Making inquiries with agents and travel providers to determine the best possible travel schedules and cost-effective prices.

Ensuring that proper internal approvals are in place before any travel is booked.

Identifying efficiencies that could be obtained by altering the Company\'s current travel policies and booking practices.

Answering travel-related queries from colleagues or management.

Performing analysis on the travel data being captured to determine such things as the average number of staff traveling per month, average ticket prices, etc.

Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport terminal
