To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office by providing professional and friendly service to all guests, handling check-ins/outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest needs promptly.
Guest Handling
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Reservation Management
Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person.
Update room availability and rates in the Hotel Management System.
Cashiering and Billing
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
Balance cash and credit transactions at the end of the shift.
Communication
Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
Guest Complaint Resolution
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Front Office Supervisor.
Must have knowledge about Reservation. Must have team coordination.
Fluency in English. Basic Arabic knowledge. Male. Any nationality.
