Urgent Hiring We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an outgoing and organized reservation sales agent to help manage the high volume of inbound inquiries and close sales with potential clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Agent. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and managing communication with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:=
- Handle incoming calls and assist with reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Manage and update reservation databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
- Should have sales skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in reservations or customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of receptionist duties and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team
