Your main task will be daily written and telephone communication with business partners and direct clients, an integral part of which is: Processing inquiries and ensuring professional and quick communication of offers Entering, checking and updating reservations in the hotel system Issuing payment instructions, entering payments for reservations and checking them Daily control agenda and reporting Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments
