Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Idea Generation: Conceive and refine novel concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and related fields.

Solution Development: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to transform research ideas into practical solutions, algorithms, and applications.

Rapid Prototyping: Build and test functional prototypes that demonstrate the technical viability and business value of your research.

Research Publication: Author high-quality research papers for leading international conferences and journals, advancing the scientific community and GRAG's reputation.

Enterprise Value Demonstration: Work with product and engineering teams to showcase how your research can create real impact in enterprise settings.

Knowledge Sharing: Present findings to both internal and external stakeholders; contribute to workshops, demos, and thought leadership.

Mentorship: Support and guide junior researchers, interns, and team members to foster a creative and rigorous research culture.

Qualifications

PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (exceptional candidates with strong research track records may be considered).

Proven experience in AI/ML research with publications in respected conferences or journals.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to build prototypes and translate research into robust solutions.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and exploring uncharted territory.

Nice to Have

Experience applying research in enterprise, robotics, generative AI, or neural/emotional intelligence domains.

Record of patents, open-source contributions, or industry impact.

Familiarity with cloud computing, big data, and scalable system design.
