Job Description
Standardization of tapping the sap from male cone of date plam. Standardizing the cuts, time of extraction, sap flow and collection. Defferential extraction during the morning and evening to assess the quality of sap and maximum flow.
Minimum Qualification
SSLC with experienc ein tapping job

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience
Should have sufficient experience in extracting sap from palms. This is a specialized job which includes cutting the cones, pasting the clay for accelaration of sap flow, hygenic collection and preservation with out fermenting. Standardize morning and evening collections. The skill of the person is reflected in the maximum sap flow from the cut regions and healing for further extraction.
