About the Role

Stravion Investment is seeking a Research Assistant Intern to support our land acquisition and sales activities, with a focus on new and emerging developers across Dubai. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Dubai's land and development market, working closely with senior team members on market research, land analysis, and developer tracking.

This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in real estate research, land development, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on land markets, development activity, and emerging areas across Dubai

Track new developer launches, land transactions, and upcoming projects

Assist in reviewing land plots, including location, zoning, size, access, and surrounding uses

Monitor planning updates, infrastructure announcements, and master developer activity

Collect, organise, and maintain land and development data from public and market sources

Prepare research summaries, briefing notes, and presentations for internal use

Support senior team members with research for land acquisitions, sales, and client materials

Liaise with brokers, developers, and consultants to gather market intelligence

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Business, Economics, Architecture, or a related field

Strong research and analytical skills

Interest in land, real estate development, and Dubai's property market

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Nice to Have

Previous internship or coursework related to real estate or urban development

Basic understanding of zoning, land use, or planning processes in Dubai

Familiarity with real estate portals or mapping tools
