Job Description

Market & Product Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, product trends, and competitive developments across local and regional markets. Evaluate customer needs and develop innovative product or service ideas in coordination with the R&D team.

Business Development Strategy:

Design and implement business growth strategies aligned with the company's R&D objectives. Build long-term relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners to enhance market positioning.

Project Management:

Lead and manage the execution of R&D projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal departments (production, marketing, sales, and technical) to support product development and commercialization.

Client Engagement & Field Visits:

Meet with potential and existing clients to present innovative solutions and gather feedback. Conduct on-site visits to client locations or project sites as needed

(local and regional travel required - driving license mandatory).

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market response to newly developed products. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on project progress, business opportunities, and R&D performance.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all new developments meet regulatory standards and align with company policies. Maintain thorough documentation for all R&D activities, proposals, and market studies.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and marketing.
