To support the schools mission and vision by providing instructional leadership, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.The vice principal collaborates with the principal, teachers, staff, students, and community stakeholders to promote academic excellence, student achievement, and continuous improvement.Through effective communication, strategic planning, and proactive problem-solving, the vice principal helps to create a dynamic educational environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.RequirementsRequirements:Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.State certification or licensure as a school administrator or principal.Previous experience in education administration, preferably as an assistant principal or in a similar leadership role.Knowledge of educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment strategies. Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing K-12 education.
