Aldar Education is currently seeking a Marketing Executive for immediate start. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School, Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

ADNOC School \xe2\x80\x93 Sas Al Nakhl offers world class amenities and is designed to provide learners with a 21st Century curriculum using the latest technology and world class facilities. The school delivers the renowned US Massachusetts/Common Core curriculum and currently educates over 3,700 Emirati and international students from KG through Grade 12.

Job Purpose:
  • Collaborate with team members to produce media for website.
  • Accountable for social media (Instagram & Facebook).
  • Planning concepts by studying information and materials.
  • Collaboration with vendors/suppliers as well as different support and enablement departments.
  • Producing high quality creative graphic designs.
  • Preparing graphic files for print (based on templates);
  • Creating online visual design, including visual concept, logo and icon design for the Internet and all marketing platforms.
  • Adherence to deadlines while completing various creative materials.
  • Designing the in-house creative requirements for the new branding, catering to the requests from Marketing, FM Team, Health & Safety, Security, and other departments.
  • Designing creative support that is aligned with the brand guidelines and reflects the brand values and visual identity. And maintaining brand standards are defined, understood and applied in accordance to written guidelines
  • Working and liaising with the creative agency where applicable
  • Advising on the production process of creative solutions, including advising production specifications and reviewing material for quality assurance
  • Facilitate clear processes and procedures for internal and external communications in support of the Job Purpose.
  • To help develop the content and ensure the publication of latest news and events from across the schools in English & Arabic on all communication platforms. These include but are not limited to the website, Schools Newsletters, whatsapp, EDMs, reception areas, reception TV screens plus other external and internal communications platforms.
  • Provide support for the planning and management of School events when it supports the Job purpose.
  • To be responsible for the development of internal communications.
  • To develop and expand the school\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy.
  • Design and produce banners/posters for both internal and external events Administration and planning of school photo shoots
  • Maintaining notice boards and reception area communications
  • The School Magazine
  • Maintain data on photo permissions for students.
  • Admin support for Heads of Department and Heads of Year
  • To effectively use in-design - desktop publishing and word-processing/typing, spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • To comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with the role, for health & safety in the workplace
  • The duties above are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required by the line manager to carry out appropriate duties within the context of the job, skills and grade.
  • To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as required.
  • To communicate and recognise the exemplary work done by the staff and students, and highlight the milestones, upcoming events and activities achieved over the course of the year internally and externally. (Newsletters, Websites, social media, Whats app. Class Dojo etc)
  • Communicate and enforce standards and guidelines for all brand communications, in order to insure consistency, level of quality and achievement of objectives.
  • Maintain a process to be able to quickly facilitate communication to parents email data base.
  • To provide briefings, campaign evaluation and management reports on all significant marketing and communication activities.
  • To help manage the ADNOC Schools website in close consultation with the relevant staff.
  • Promote the Schools and its associated activities effectively to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • To comply with all relevant Schools policies, procedures and quality assurance systems.
  • Work closely with the Schools Principals and senior leadership team in responding to any crisis that requires the support of the Marketing and Communications Team, and be part of the emergency contact team.
  • Ensure that all marketing communications, including on and offline, adhere to data protection legislations.
  • To be responsible for internal communications. This would include the plasma screen updates, production and circulation of Newsletters, EDMs\xe2\x80\x99 and any other internal communications.
  • To develop and expand the Schools social media strategy.
  • Support, maintain, and develop key relationships with individuals, external groups, partner organisations, influencers, local communities and other stakeholders in order to effectively carry out the job purpose.
  • Communicate a positive and consistent image of the College, both internally and externally, safeguarding the reputation of the College at all times.
  • To work with the Principal, Partners & Resources and the wider team to develop to ensure targeted marketing and communications.
  • To develop and implement annual marketing plans for each target sector using a range of marketing tactics including event, online, print activities, PR and communications and ensure these are delivered on time
  • To manage the design, production, copy checking and distribution of college marketing and communication materials, using both print and online methods
  • Create a positive general public awareness of the club and its activities.
  • Publicize and promote all events, programs and competitions within the club\xe2\x80\x99s area.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a related field.
  • Education industry experience preferable
  • Arabic-English Bilingual
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills, budget preparation and management, data analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with faculty, professional and classified staff members.
  • Good listening skills enabling each family to be heard during the enrolment process as well as through the student\xe2\x80\x99s tenure at the school
