Core Responsibilities of a Home Nurse:
1. Medical Care & Monitoring:
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
Assist with wound care and dressing changes
Support chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
2. Personal Care Assistance:
Help with daily hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assist with mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.)
