Require Manager and Assistant Manager(Finance) in Dubai
Requirements
Experience - 4 -8 years
Advanced degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
\xc2\xa7 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
\xc2\xa7 Managing Intercompany Transactions, ensuring transfer pricing compliance.
\xc2\xa7 Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & and annual reports.
\xc2\xa7 Overseeing and managing the flow of cash, and banking.
\xc2\xa7 Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.
\xc2\xa7 Facilitating the Budgeting process with the help of team members.
\xc2\xa7 Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
\xc2\xa7 Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit and filing.
\xc2\xa7 Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
\xc2\xa7 Any other matter that is required by HO Finance
Requirements
