Require Cost Accounting We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our accounting department. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports. Job Responsibilities 1- Setting up organized storage of all correspondence, contracts, bills, POs, liens, and other documents related to construction projects and accounting 2- Preparing project budgets, including cost schedules, and working with field personnel to stay within those budgets 3- communicating any variances to upper management, and re-budgeting or re-forecasting as necessary 4- Process all accounts payable and accounts receivable 5- Analysis of project expenditures and project accounting transactions 6- Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs) 7- Prepare expenses reports. 8- Analyse and report profit margins. Job Responsibilities: 1- Proven work experienceas a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role 2- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures 3- Microsoft experience, Excel in particular. 4- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail 5- Strong time management skills 6- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information 7- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study 8- +5 Year of experience (Experience in Oman). 9- Driving licence. 10- Inndiian Nationality Only.
