Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects and operations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and performance metrics
Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Manage project costing, variance analysis, and profitability assessments
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members
Requirements construction experience of minimum 5 years, and total experience between 10 to 15 years ,CA,CMA, ACCA is required. Salary budget is max 22K.
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience with a focus on financial management
Total professional experience of 10 to 15 years in accounting or finance roles
Valid certification in CA, CMA, or ACCA (must hold at least one)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
Experience with project-based costing and construction accounting systems
Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
