Job Description
:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects and operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and performance metrics
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Manage project costing, variance analysis, and profitability assessments
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
- Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members
construction experience of minimum 5 years, and total experience between 10 to 15 years ,CA,CMA, ACCA is required. Salary budget is max 22K.
- Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience with a focus on financial management
- Total professional experience of 10 to 15 years in accounting or finance roles
- Valid certification in CA, CMA, or ACCA (must hold at least one)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
- Experience with project-based costing and construction accounting systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
