Job Description
- Prepare and review complex financial statements in compliance with IFRS and USGAAP.
- Lead technical accounting research and analysis for complex transactions and new accounting standards.
- Support IPO readiness initiatives, including financial statement audits, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide advisory services to clients or internal stakeholders on accounting treatments, disclosures, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Associate to Assistant Manager level
Profile: Strong IFRS / technical accounting background, experience with complex transactions, financial reporting, and advisory projects, IPO, USGAAP
Big 4 / mid-tier firm experience preferred but not mandatory.
