Job Description
Finance to lead its Accounting & Reporting division.
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead the preparation of statutory, management, and regulatory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and accounting operations.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance
Leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing team
Graduate with finance certification ACCA, ICMA, CA (Finalist)
