Job Description
- Install, service, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment including ranges, ovens, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and equipment history
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and facility managers to address equipment concerns and schedule maintenance proactively
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during all work activities
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician
- Ability to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment
