Job Description
:
- End-to-end consolidation of financials across 100+ entitiesPreparation of consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Elimination of inter-company balances, unrealised profits and dividends
- Review and alignment of accounting policies across entities
- Handling multi-currency consolidation and FX translation
- Support statutory audits and group-level reporting requirements
- Liaise with finance teams across entities to resolve consolidation issues
- Build and improve consolidation processes, controls and timelines
Requirements
- 10+ years of deep hands-on consolidation experience
- Proven experience consolidating large groups (50-100+ entities)
- Strong IFRS consolidation expertise
- Experience in UAE / GCC group structures preferred
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication to work with multiple entity finance teams
- CA / CPA / ACCA preferred
