Job Description
:
- Lead end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee financial controls, internal audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance performance and capability.
We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager (CA) to lead our clients finance operations and work closely with the CEO on strategic planning and business growth. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of UAE experience, strong financial leadership skills, and proven expertise in budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
