Job Description
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Oversee financial statements preparation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead asset-level financial analysis and performance reporting for residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain and optimize financial processes within the Yardi ERP system.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data integration and reporting.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaison with internal and external auditors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls across the portfolio.
I am hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to handle finance functions for a Real Estate arm of a large group of companies in Dubai. Ideally an ACCA/CA or similar with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience is required. Real Estate Asset Management (preferably >2500 Group owned Residential & commercial units in portfolio) & Yardi ERP Experience will be required.
