Job Description
:
Lead progressive billing and ensure accurate, timely invoicing tied to project milestones.
-Oversee project-based accounting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
-Manage AP/AR, treasury, and cash flow across multiple sites.
-Ensure UAE VAT compliance, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.
-Collaborate with project teams to forecast budgets and drive financial performance.
Requirements
?At least 5-7 years' experience in construction finance, including 2-3 in a supervisory role in the UAE
?Strong in Excel, SAP, and UAE VAT
?CA / ACCA / CPA qualification
?Big 4 background a strong plus!
