Our newest opportunity is for a talented Reprographic Assistant to join our award-winning team based in Kuwait. Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include: Providing daily support for an office location in relation to reprographic needs by processing requests submitted on SharePoint. Providing reprographics support and stationery supply services. Producing KEO's in-house printed material. Processing requests, format and process jobs for bids, tenders, submissions, publications and internal projects using corporate formats to achieve the highest standards. Liaising with divisions regarding job scheduling/logistics using external suppliers as necessary. Ensuring job request details are accurate, all elements are understood and any adjustments made prior to production, manage work schedule and prioritise to achieve set deadlines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years' work experience in a similar role, partnered with Bachelor degree in relevant field. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English Proficient in MS Office Package. Have good knowledge in Printing and related programs and paraphernalia.
