Our Client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Dubai, UAE looking for a knowledgeable reproductive endocrinologist to identify and treat patients with infertility-related difficulties. The reproductive endocrinologist\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include conducting fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization, and treating infertility. You should also keep up-to-date with industry developments to provide patients with optimum chances of conceiving. To be successful as a reproductive endocrinologist, you should be compassionate and exhibit exceptional leadership qualities. Ultimately, a top-notch Reproductive Endocrinologist will be highly skilled in medicinal practices and possess manual dexterity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examining patients\xe2\x80\x99 reproductive organs and gauging their fertility.
• Performing physical examinations and laboratory tests.
• Reviewing patients\xe2\x80\x99 individual and family histories.
• Prescribing various treatments and medical procedures.
• Conducting intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization.
• Providing lifestyle and medical recommendations to complement treatment.

WORKING CONDITION

• Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
• Working Days: 5-6 Days / Week
• Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning and/or Afternoon Shifts
• Contract Period 3 Years Renewable
• Probation Period 6 Months
• Family Contract: Candidate, Wife or Spouse and 2 Kids
• On Call Duties: Divided per the number of Consultants

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Medical School: MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Postgraduate Training: Completion of specialty qualification Obstetrics & Gynecology Fellowship: Reproductive Endocrinology (IVF) Clinical Work Experience: Not Less than 5 years post Specialty Qualification License: Active DHA Eligibility Letter or License

SALARY AND BENEFITS

SALARY

• Gross Monthly Salary: AED 55,000 \xe2\x80\x93 65,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
• Incentive Plan is a plus
