Job Description

The Representative VII, Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, and building strong client relationships across the GCC region. The role requires managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualifying leads to tender preparation, negotiations, closing deals, and supporting post-sales execution. The role also includes account management, cross-selling, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential clients based on market research and plan access to target segments.
  • Conduct physical meetings, calls, and presentations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with project stakeholders (Owners, Contractors, PMCs, EPCs, Subcontractors) across all project stages from study phase to commissioning.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, maintaining ethical and professional behavior.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, processed deals, and report on sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, lead negotiations, and close profitable deals.
  • Achieve set KPIs including conversion rates, client interactions, and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with clients to secure orders and support order execution through to invoice collection.
  • Monitor market developments (pricing, competitor activity, upcoming projects) and report insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, invoicing, and collections teams to ensure smooth delivery and minimize bad debts.
  • Manage key accounts, upselling and cross-selling services where possible.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and prepare tailored service presentations.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Handle customer complaints and objections, supporting their resolution.
  • Work closely with sales team members to improve results and share market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, international/national standards, legal, and contractual requirements.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a Degree, OR 8 years with a Diploma.
  • Experience in industrial inspection services or similar technical services industries is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to GCC market and client networks preferred.
