Description
The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling customer objections, and coordinating effectively between customers and medical representatives. The position also supports sales activities and ensures proper pharmacy operations.
Provide high-quality customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Handle customer objections and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate and arrange visits of medical representatives to the outlet.
Support sales activities and contribute to increasing and maintaining accurate sales reports.
Work as a counter sales representative within the outlet.
Assist in maintaining promotional materials at an acceptable and organized level.
Support Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in daily pharmacy-related functions when required.
Implement hospital policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality, performance improvement, and patient safety objectives.
Comply with standards of care, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Supervisor and/or Pharmacy Manager within the scope of skills and responsibilities.
RequirementsMinimum 1-2
years of experience
as a Sales Representative.
Previous experience in a
healthcare or pharmacy setting
is required.
Bachelor's degree
in a relevant field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Languages
