Position Overview
GMG Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Planner to manage product replenishment and inventory flow across its Everyday Goods retail network. The role focuses on ensuring stores maintain optimal stock levels, accurate assortments, and timely replenishments to maximize sales performance. Working closely with buyers, warehouse teams, and store managers, the Replenishment Planner plays a vital role in maintaining product availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replenish products to assigned retail stores based on weekly sales forecasts and current inventory levels.
  • Prepare inter-store stock transfers to balance inventory across outlets.
  • Generate and track stock demand notes for new stock and pullouts to maintain correct levels.
  • Plan and execute replenishment schedules in coordination with the buying and logistics teams.
  • Monitor deliveries from distribution centers to ensure smooth and timely product flow.
  • Analyze weekly sales data by category, style, and store to identify trends and adjust replenishment plans.
  • Allocate product ranges strategically to meet demand while avoiding overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, planning, and retail operations teams to ensure alignment on stock availability and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, transfers, and stock adjustments.
  • Support new store openings by preparing initial order allocations and ensuring timely delivery.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inventory planning or merchandise replenishment, preferably within retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
