Position Overview
The Replenishment Manager role in Dubai is responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse replenishment activities to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. This position supports Majid Al Futtaim Retail by driving best-in-class replenishment practices, reducing out-of-stock risks, and strengthening demand planning and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose optimal ordering quantities to balance supplier costs, storage capacity, and working capital
• Monitor and control out-of-stock levels across distribution center assortments and take corrective actions
• Anticipate potential product expiries and implement mitigation actions to reduce waste
• Contribute to the development of the logistics strategic plan with senior management
• Provide inputs into demand forecasting and inventory planning processes
• Ensure effective implementation of replenishment procedures and system parameters
• Manage ordering and delivery standards and ensure compliance across operations
• Track supplier orders to minimize lead times to distribution centers
• Monitor supplier service levels and conduct regular performance reviews with corrective action plans

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Retail Management, or Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or stock management roles
• At least 2 years of experience within the retail sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and demand data
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong planning and organizational capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics, commercial, and supplier teams
