Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Organize and set up shelves and displays in accordance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with the inventory team to manage product deliveries and transfers efficiently.
Ensure accurate labelling and pricing of products on the sales floor.
Implement loss prevention strategies and report any discrepancies in stock levels.
Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills Needed for a Replenishment Associate:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or inventory management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical capability to lift and move stock, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
