Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound rental leads and client inquiries
Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
Match tenants with suitable rental properties
Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
Prepare and coordinate lease agreements
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Build and manage a strong client portfolio
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in real estate rentals (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local rental market is an advantage
Professional appearance and attitude
