Your responsibilities:
Work with incoming leads (warm and qualified!) without cold calls
Find tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate deals
Ensure properties are ready for move-in
Support clients from first contact to handover
Update CRM, analyze prices, and monitor competition
Coordinate with internal departments (tech, admin, etc.)
