Handle customer interactions including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and contract closures.
Prepare and manage rental agreements, ensuring all agreements, off-hires, and non-revenue vehicle movements are uploaded accurately on the TARS portal.
Verify customer documents in line with company and RTA/Dubai government regulations.
Monitor contract expiries, renewals, and vehicle status in the system.
Work towards fleet allocation, off-hire processing, and vehicle readiness.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure full compliance with Falcon Drive's policies and regulatory requirements.
