We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and resources to and from project sites. Track deliveries, resolve logistical delays, and ensure timely supply chain operations. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inbound/outbound movements of materials. Ensure proper documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and transportation permits are prepared and maintained. Monitor stock levels and assist the procurement team with timely reordering. Comply with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably with a transport background and exposure to infrastructure or construction projects. Familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
