Role Overview

The Renovation Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating renovation and interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role requires knowledge of pricing, material sourcing, carpentry works, and preparation of quotations. The candidate will work closely with project managers, suppliers, clients, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

. Source materials and conduct price comparisons to maintain cost efficiency. Support in planning project schedules, timelines, and work programs. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and verify project requirements. Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Coordinate with carpentry teams and ensure carpentry work is completed as per drawings and quality standards. Maintain project documentation including drawings, invoices, purchase requests, delivery notes, etc. Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely availability. Assist in resolving on-site issues and variations. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year

of experience

in Renovation or Interior Fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of

material pricing

quotation preparation

, and

BOQ development

. Basic understanding of

carpentry works

, joinery, and interior materials. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Education

Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
