Title: Sales Admin & Renewals Program Manager Job Location: Dubai, UAE Our Department: CES - Structures Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for managing software renewals and driving customer retention? What You Will Do We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin and Software Renewals Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our software renewals program and providing administrative support to our sales team. Your primary focus will be ensuring the timely renewal of software licenses and subscriptions, maximizing customer retention, maintaining on-time payment collections, and streamlining sales operations. Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end software renewals process, including tracking renewal dates, coordinating with customers, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as the main point of contact for software renewal queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection for software renewals.
  • Maintaining and following up on Payment Schedules ensuring all payments are collected on time and as per customer contracts terms.
  • Overall Sales Data Analysis & Interpretations and reporting
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues to enhance customer retention.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of software licenses, subscriptions, and renewal agreements in the company CRM system.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to software renewals, providing insights to the management team for decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize the software renewals program.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documentation.
  • Drive the Customer Trade-up program converting the existing perpetual customers to the annual subscription model
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software renewals management, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (MS Dynamics, SalesForce) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the technology industry or software sales is a big plus.
  • Passion for Work and ability to work under pressure.
  • Negotiating skills & networking skills, Analytical skills & problem-solving.
  • Should have excellent and proven presentation and communication skills.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English language, Arabic language is a plus
