Global MNC Transport & Logistics company is seeking a Japanese national for their relocations desk at Dubai offices. We are open to candidates in UAE already or based elsewhere and open to relocating to Dubai for this job. Must have Fluency in English Business Communication and co-ordinating skills. Also, must be holder of a valid driving licence. ( Important to have this eligibility as you will visit customers) Basic knowledge and experience working within the Transport / Logistics / Freight forwarding industry will be a huge added advantage. Responsibility: Working with their Japanese Client base to assist them with moving their personal effects either to/ from Japan or locally within GCC. Also, with overseas relocation programs. Communicating in English as well Japanese language you will have: - Active participation on operational matters of personal effects shipments - Visit and survey client's personal effects packing/moving requirements from time to time on demand - Attend and supervise from time to time all operations of packing and removals by sub-contractors. - Attend clients located in UAE , GCC and other areas that relates to company's business jurisdiction. Working hrs will be Sunday to Thursday - 09.00 hrs - 13.00 hrs & 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. On Saturday's the hours are - 09.00 hrs - 13.00hrs. You will work all Saturdays during probation period. After probation period it will reduce to alternate Saturdays with a minimum of two Saturdays per month Salary Package: Aed 10,000.00 + company car with fuel , and with parking fees & toll fees paid - during duty hours) + company mobile phone unit with valid SIM connection + Health Insurance, and Business Travel ( overseas ) allowances + annual flights home.
