Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Reservation Agent to manage guest communications, oversee reservations, and coordinate with our internal teams. In this role, you'll ensure seamless check-ins, prompt issue resolution, and high-quality guest experiences across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with guests via WhatsApp, Hostaway, and phone. Respond to new inquiries, active reservations, and past guest messages. Professionally manage and respond to guest reviews. Proactively check in with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate in-person check-ins with internal team members. Ensure cleanings are completed on schedule and to a high standard. Send cleaning schedules to cleaners and confirm completion. Coordinate timely maintenance when guest issues arise. Negotiate booking terms and rental rates with direct leads from Bayut and Property Finder. Create direct bookings from confirmed leads. Manage booking extensions and address booking-related guest questions. Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, damages, and cleaning schedules. Collaborate closely with internal teams (cleaning, maintenance, operations).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or property management -- Dubai experience is essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Slack.

Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle guest-facing pressure situations.

Bonus: Experience creating and managing listings on Airbnb and Booking.com.

Work Hours

This is a part-time remote role with fixed weekly hours:

Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Sunday: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM (overnight shift)

Additional availability is required to cover extra days or shifts as needed.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
