Al Manhal Cultural & Computer Institute (UAE) is seeking a
Remote English Business Coordinator
to support management in business-related tasks that require professional English communication. The role includes email correspondence, proposal preparation, coordination with international partners, and research related to training partnerships and trainers.
Key Responsibilities
Draft professional emails and official correspondence in English
Prepare draft proposals, presentations, and company profiles
Support coordination and follow-up with international partners and accreditation bodies
Research potential training partners, certification bodies, and qualified trainers
Prepare short reports and task summaries
Follow up on assigned tasks in coordination with management
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Preferred
Previous remote work experience
Experience in training institutes or educational organizations
Familiarity with professional certifications or international accreditations (an advantage)
Compensation
EGP 15,000 - 18,000 per month
Subject to review based on performance and continuity
