Bookkeeper (Russian speaker) -- Remote

We are looking for a

Bookkeeper (Primary Accounting)

with experience working with legal entities registered in the UAE.

This is a

long-term remote position

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records and prepare reports in

1C / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

Review accuracy of accounting entries and restore accounting records when required Request, process, and verify primary documents (invoices, contracts, bank statements) Communicate with clients regarding documentation (complex matters are escalated to senior accountants) Process payroll and work with the

WPS system

Prepare documentation for auditors and assist with addressing audit remarks

Requirements

Russian speaker!!!

Minimum

1 year of experience

as an accountant/bookkeeper Practical experience with

UAE accounting

Experience in production accounting, calculation of the product cost

English level B1+

(written communication and basic client interaction) Confident user of

1C / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

Understanding of

payroll calculation and taxation in the UAE

Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, client-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
