PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Continually review equipment breakdowns, corrective, implementing a process of continual improvement to eliminate major or repetitive failures. You are used to working with troubleshooting and problem solving of complex systems. Calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot, install, and maintain functionality of electronic devices such as encoder, load cells systems and sensors, PLC modules, inverters and drives components, to ensure proper operation. Proactive advice regarding optimization of equipment and participation in improvement programs. Read, write, understand and perform modifications to existing PLC code, and drive parameters will at times need to create new project from scratch. You have good knowledge of electrical engineering and drive systems. Review installation drawings and specifications and recommend what preventative maintenance actions should be used for new installations and provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and operations on equipment and reliability issues. Ensure SOPs, draw in confluence and improve through process confirmation and Perform Root Cause Problem Elimination for equipment (RCA). Share knowledge and expertise in order to prepare internal successors ready for the incumbent's position and other lower key positions in the department. Do knowledge sharing with other department resources. Maintenance and repair for drive inverters, PLC modules, computers, analog and digital circuits, communications interfaces, encoder, motor Knowledge and experience working with hydraulic systems and mechanical systems. Understand and follow the company's safety system. Protect yourself and those around from unsafe acts. Actively participate in contributing to zero accidents. Report any unsafe acts.

Who we are looking for Minimum Bac +2 and additional vocational/technical education - diploma in Automation and electronics. (Any additional training in PLC/ Drive inverters/ Electrical fields in any heavy industries is a plus. 5+ years relevant work experience in an industrial machinery environment - marine port terminal preferred. Requires provisional verbal and written communications skills in English. You have documented experience with Siemens and Omron PLC systems, including. S7-300, S7-1500... Knowledge of network communication in automation environments Ethernet, Probfibus, CANopen,A-SI, and all related communication protocols with the PLC. Knowledge of end-user software (Step7, Tia Portal,Simotion Scout, cx-programmer.) Strong working with electrical systems studies (short circuit, selectivity, harmonic, dynamic, load flows etc.) Must have thorough knowledge of Instrumentation, Control devices. Electrical/Electronic parts such as Motors, Transformers, Drives, PLC...etc. Experience with Sinamics S120 inverters using monitoring software's Starter and Simotion Scout. Experience with UNIDRIVE SP inverters using monitoring software CTSoft. Must have good analytical skills with measuring tools Multimeter Megohmmeter ... Having throughout knowledge of Hydraulic Pumps, Valves, & Cylinder Seals changing (Vickers, Rexroth, Parker, hi-Force). Perform PM/CM interventions and submit monitoring reports by ensuring accurate. and updated information filed in IFS.
