- Ensure application of guidelines, procedures, and recommendations issued by global and local teams are followed. Drive and support MMMP implementation.
- Maintain relations and continuously report to Operations Manager and customer representatives
- Verify existing maintenance plan and propose the updating/optimization parallel review of stock spare parts
- Review Preventive Maintenance periodical planning / using RCA and FMECA inputs
- Review, analyze and maintain equipment criticality (ABC)
- Collaborate with Customer's Team Leader to obtain maintenance targets (equipment availability/reliability, security, environmental respect, quality, cost-effectiveness maintenance, etc.) proposing methodologies and maintenance procedures to safeguard equipment condition.
- Analyse maintenance problems (through cost analysis, equipment criticality evaluation, typology/frequency failures analysis, inefficient situations, etc.) and propose suitable solutions using tools, like 4 box tool, Pareto
- Carry out the continuous monitoring of "Maintenance Management System" in order to identify criticality and possible solutions, by regular monitoring of Service quality indicators.
- Define and evaluate KPIs (strategic and technical indicators) and continuously monitor and analyze. Creating reports and action plans
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the continuous improvement process.
- Implement 5S and KPI boards
- Identify the critical spare parts that must be available for immediate use in case of failure and prepare the relevant list.
- Identify minimum stock of critical spare parts and relevant suppliers for quick delivery in case of urgent need.
- Participate with the Operations Manager, and Administration & Logistics function to check final balance costs about budget and investigate reasons for shifting.
- Ensure the CMMS is operating effectively at all times, and interfaces smoothly with other systems, with minimal delay.
- Ensure the training required, at all levels, to ensure that skill levels are adequate to fully utilize the CMMS, is carried out.
- Prepare and coordinate the training required due to system upgrades or system changes.
Qualification:
Master degree or Bachelor degree Mechanical;
Specific Training on Maintenance Engineering Concept and Tools.
Good understanding of the applicable production process.
Detailed understanding of Failure Analysis Techniques.
Sound understanding of Maintenance techniques and tools.
Sound understanding of Reliability processes and methodologies.
Trained for national and international engineering standards.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years on Reliability & Maintenance Engineering methodologies
