Responsibilities:

Develop and implement RAMS strategies and plans for the railway project in compliance with international standards. Conduct system-level reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety analyses. Perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety case development. Prepare and review RAMS documentation including FMECA, FTA, SIL analysis, etc. Ensure RAMS requirements are addressed during design, construction, and integration phases. Interface with design, construction, systems, and rolling stock teams to ensure proper implementation of RAMS processes. Support audits, assessments, and coordination with authorities and independent safety assessors. Monitor contractor compliance with RAMS obligations and contribute to project risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in RAMS engineering, preferably in railway or rail transit projects. Solid knowledge of RAMS standards and methods. Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex infrastructure systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written);
