We are currently hiring Relationship Officer (Personal Loan) for joining our esteemed and growing organization. He/She will have to evaluate, authorize/ approve or deny loan applications for individual/business. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities: Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits . Brief Customers on the documentation, application and approval process. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process. Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations. Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans. Monitor and update account records. Submit loan applications in a timely manner. Prepare detailed loan proposals. Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants. Respond to applicants\' questions and resolve any loan-related issues. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations. Advises clients about the risks, consequences, and benefits of alternative lending solutions. Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation. Consults with clients about their lending needs to help them achieve their financial goals, including the collection and analysis of information about the client\xe2\x80\x99s financial situation. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or a similar field.
A minimum of 1 year UAE experience in Credit cards or Loan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
