Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Regular updates to clients needs to be sent across.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Will Be responsible to handle 60-70 client profiles.
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Preferably female Graduate with minimum 2- 3 years of experience
- Candidates with Company secretary experiences can also apply.
- Female candidates with B.com graduation.
