Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE banking sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of personal loan products and financial services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
