Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Conduct credit assessments and evaluate loan applications.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in all loan-related activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for loan applications and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in personal loan sales (in UAE).
Strong knowledge of personal loan products, credit assessment, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and [language preference] language.

Salary + uncapped commission/Incentives Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
