The Relationship Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling
Mashreq Bank Credit Cards
to prospective customers through direct sales and field activities. The role requires strong communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets under a fixed salary structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Mashreq Credit Cards
to individual customers through outdoor and indoor sales activities.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
Ensure all applications are accurately completed and submitted within set timelines.
Maintain a professional relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed assigned
monthly sales targets
.
Coordinate with the back-office team for timely processing of applications.
Follow company and bank compliance policies during customer interactions.
Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of UAE banking or credit card sales experience
preferred.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of banking products and credit policies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be available for
field sales
and flexible with working hours if required.
